A new, small batch of benefit tickets has been located, according to Blizzard. Perhaps they were lost in the Twisting Nether or buried in the ice of Icecrown Citadel. Wherever they were mysteriously found, Blizzard has decided to put them on sale! The tickets, at $500 apiece, grant admission to BlizzCon and offer an opportunity to rub elbows with some of the creative minds driving the game, all while helping out a good cause.
From the halls of Blizzard comes a change to the way the Blizzard Authenticator functions, as some of you may have been wondering why you may not have been prompted for your code:
Blizzard, in their ongoing effort to improve player ease of use, has decided to tweak the authenticator system so that players do not have to give their code each and every time they log in. This is predicated upon whether players tend to log in from the same location more often than not.As a semi-lore junky, I was very intrigued by the answers given in Round 1 of the Ask Creative Development forum posts. Unfortunately, Round 1 ended with an ominous quote from Bashiok: Expect answers sometime between next Monday and when the Moon escapes the Earth’s orbit!
